Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from JV Holidays.

Pricing

Prices are subject to:

• Availability
• Currency fluctuations
• Fuel surcharges
• Government taxes

Payment Policy

• Advance payment is mandatory for confirmation.
• Full payment must be completed before departure unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for:

• Valid passport
• Visa
• ID proofs
• Travel permits

JV Holidays is not responsible for losses due to invalid documentation.

Hotel & Flight Changes

Hotels, flights, or itineraries may change due to operational reasons, weather, or supplier issues.

Liability

JV Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Flight delays
• Natural disasters
• Political disturbances
• Accidents
• Loss of baggage
• Visa rejection

Force Majeure

JV Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
