Cancellation & Refund Policy – JV Holidays

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

• 30 days or more before departure: 10% cancellation charges
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges
• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

Non-Refundable Components

The following may be non-refundable:

• Flight tickets
• Visa fees
• Safari permits
• Peak season bookings
• Special event bookings

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Visa Rejection

Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable even if visa is rejected.

Cancellation by JV Holidays

In rare cases where JV Holidays cancels a tour, customers will receive either:

• Alternative package option
• Refund for unused services

Natural Calamities & Emergencies

Refunds during floods, landslides, pandemics, political unrest, or weather disruptions will depend on supplier policies.
